I have a 2010 SG. Can I install 14" bars with stock wiring for controls. Are they long enough or does it require wiring kit as well? Thank you for any feed back and helpful experience.

I'm pretty sure you will need the wiring kit.

For 14" bars on a 2010 SG, you will almost certainly need an extended wiring kit. The stock wiring and cables are generally not long enough for that much of a rise, and it's better to ensure you have proper slack for safety and function.
