New lift

I ordered a new lift from J & S Lifts Monday. I have heard and read great things about their motorcycle jack. I decided to take the plunge and spend the bucks on them instead of the Harbor Freight cheaper alternative. So far I will have to say their customer service has not impressed me. They sent me a Fedex tracking number Tuesday and it did not work. I sent them an email through their company website asking about the tracking number and they never replied. I tried half of the day today calling their number and they never answered the phone. Finally around noon someone called me and said that a tracking number had been issued but the jack was still waiting to be shipped, it should go out later today. Five days after being ordered. Then he said it should arrive on Monday or Tuesday of next week. I checked the Fedex website again this afternoon and the tracking number finally works but the website says no data available for the number. Very disappointing!
That does sound disappointing, I too have heard good things about their lifts. I gotta say complete hydraulic was great, I ordered around 12pm on Tuesday and it was shipped the same day. It arrived yesterday at my office which I picked up this morning.

Wow that sucks. I was ready to pull the trigger on a J&S Jack until I saw the shipping cost. I'm not paying $57 to have a package delivered 100 miles from my house.

I got a J&S for Christmas last year, I agree that there isn't much communication from J&S & I didn't like the shipping cost but it is a great unit.
New lift
Why wait, once you get one you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner. I put my Harbor Freight lift table to use a lot, this will just make this so much easier taking the bike up and down.

Glad to hear that the lift is working well for you. I am supposed to get mine tomorrow, I hope. We shall see!
