So today I set out to install my new set of Oberon adjustable brake and clutch lever. Brake lever when on without a hitch.

So now the issues, first the clutch does not fit even remotely snug, it has allot of vertical play! This should not be the case so I re-installed my OEM's and they have vertical play but minimal.

The second issue is when I conducted a operation check, it would not start in gear unless the level was set on 4/5/6 (1-6 with 1 being the closest to the grip)! After inspection I noticed the safety switch that sticks out does not fully disengage with the setting of 1-3. Is this what others are finding with these?

I had these on my 2013 Vrod, now on my 2014 SGS. I bought both sets direct from Oberon. My clutch lever is set to #4 and vertical fit never made me take notice or try to compare it to stock. There is more adjustment with the Oberon levers than is usable on the Harley.

I knew exactly what you meant.
And my answer is the same "vertical fit never made me take notice or try to compare it to stock".
Again, I don't even notice it.
It's not an issue unless you want it to be.

Ok, wasn't sure. I never had that much play on any of my other bikes so it just doesn't seem right and I noticed it right away, that's why I was posting if this is normal for HDs and Oberons.
