I just traded my 2012 Wide Glide in on a 2016 Street Glide Special. Still getting used to this monster. Rides much smoother and easier in the twisties due to less front end rake. My Dyna was much quicker and lighter but I do like the smoother ride. The wind buffeting is giving me fits so I ordered a flared Klock Werks 8.5 faring, hope it fixes this. Will order the Mustang seat to make the wife more comply. Just like any other new Harley, got to personalize it.

Welcome to the fun Dave. Yes lots of things you can do for the buffeting fork fangs and different windshields. Use the search in the upper right hand corner and you will get information galore.

Welcome Captain Dave- Another great Anti-Buffeting accessory are the chrome fork deflectors:

Welcome from Va. F.Y.I. I bought a stock H.D. Ultra Classic seat for riding 2 up. Wife and I both love it.

Welcome to the forum Captain Dave. I just recently traded a Super Glide for my Street Glide and am really enjoying the comfort and convenience of my bagger!. I have spent a few bucks so far making it mine and that is part of the fun.
