Assuming you checked the battery but guess you blew something. Hopefully someone here might have an Idea.

I checked the battery and all the fuses everything was good when I turn the key on I can hear the fuel pump engage rear lights come on but nothing in the dash or controls have power

How were the fuses checked, the pull out and look method? You can't always see the broken fuse that way. Use a digital voltmeter on ohms position to check them. Did your dealership test your BCM to see if it was good?

The dealership tried to check the bcm they said since they can't figure out why it's not getting power they can't accurately check the bcm

Wow, the BCM has to be removed and checked with a breakout box. I don't think they did that. Time to find another dealer or a reputable Indy.
