Noise Primary after Baker Adjuster

Hello! I installed the Baker Chain Adjuster. After installation, everything worked quietly and without problems. when I drove 500 miles I began to hear this sound. I opened the Primaries and everything was perfect there. What could be? Please help with advice! Mileage on the bike 2800 miles.

By “everything is perfect,” do you mean after 500 miles there is proper slack in your primary chain (3/8”-5/8” cold, 5/8”-7/8” hot)?
