Noob in the Bluegrass state

Morning, all - I'm probably jumping the gun a little bit since I haven't bought my SG yet...got it picked out and figuring out accessories, hope to have it soon...looking at a 2013 in Midnight Pearl - that color just gets my blood pumping...

Anyhow, I'm retired USAF, just moved to KY from a 20 year stint in Colorado, originally from Ohio and WV so I'm kinda coming back home. I've found some fantastic roads out here, can't wait to ride 'em.

Welcome from Illinois. I agree that the Midnight Pearl looks awesome, but I love pearls and large flake paints. My 2012 SG is Big Blue Pearl that I totally fell in love with at first sight. Totally understand that the anticipation is intense, hope your wait isn't too long and welcome to the group.

Thanks for the welcomes...and I'm happy to say that the wait wasn't bad at all - picked it up yesterday! Hundred and fifty miles down and heading back out soon...love this damn bike!
