I'm with you Bear. I ordered the wrong V&H part from Kutter, but they still worked with me on exchanging it even though that's not their policy for non-HD parts.
Plus, Kutter(Boardtracker) prices still beat Surdyke by a good amount. I've saved a lot of money going through Kutter.

Another for boardtracker, what use to be kutter.
Just made a purchase from them that was $25 less then spurdyke.
Also found while checking on CVO gauges boardtracker was less then spurdyke for those as well.

Speaking of Kutter (now BoardtrackerHD), If you want a great deal on an extended warranty, James Palmer at has greatly reduced prices on Harley extended warranties. My selling dealer wanted about $1400 for 2 additional years and I not only got it for about $875 from Jim but this policy waives the $50 per incident fee HD charges for theirs. And for all us Veterans on this forum, Mr. Palmer is a former US Marine.

I gotta echo everything said about Boardtracker. I had an issue with a set of Harley Heated grips just a couple of months ago and they sent me a return shipping label and sent the new one as soon as they had confirmation that the old part was on its way......I'm sure they crossed in the mail as I got my replacement in 2 days from shipping the old one...Great service!
