Paint Turns Blue

I have an 06 street glide with black cherry paint. Every time the bike gets wet the paint turns blue on all the fiberglass. I was told it was bad clear coat. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have not heard of this exact scenario but something like it. Does the blue go away on it's own of do you have to force it away? Is it full coverage over the fiberglass?

That is a condition known as "blushing". It is caused by moisture either penetrating the clear coat ( bad or cheap clearcoat) or moisture trapped under the paint. Did you have the parts painted recently?
