I have a 2019 SGS with the Boom grills, are there any clearance issues with the Polk MM652? The neodymium magnets are pretty small so not worried about clearance on the inside but heard that there may be an issue with the surround hitting against the inner fairing. I know the pods are a little different on the later models but on my 2014 I had to mount the Kappa's inside the pod because the surround hit the inner fairing , the speaker wasn't symmetrical in the opening so it was only one one side. If I have the same issue I may end up trimming the inner fairing rather than mounting inside the pod, I think the sound is compromised when it's done that way.
