124” Sleeper Kit $1859.00
ThunderMax $989.95
S&S Oil Pump and Plate Kit $272.95 – currently out of stock on this part
Feuling Lifters $146.95
D&D X-Cat in Chrome $679.00.
SE injectors $149.95

Maybe a few other items.

Im here to find out the down side if any of doing a mod like this. Zippers got 130 hp and 150 torq out of a similar build.

Worried about final drive/belt behavior. Reliability. Considering the rebuild to combat against the sumping issues (plus build a monster)

I would use the new H-D model year 2020 oil pump kit 62400247 with the stock cam plate. It is what H-D now recommends for their 128 and 131 kits. It is possible your 2019 has it if it was a late build in the model year.

I would use a TTS MasterTune with the stock ECM. Thunder max is an Alpha-N engine control not Speed-Density like the stock Delphi. That would be a big step backwards.

I would use a cam that works with stock pushrods (non-adjustable) and put in the new SE adjustable rocker arms the enable independent adjustment of each valve.

I would use the Fuel Moto low compression cylinder/piston kit: https://www.fuelmotousa.com/i-23898140-fuel-moto-m8-124-piston-cylinder-kit-10-75-compression-for-107-engines.html

I would use SE lifters. Oil flow pumped to the heads by the lifters is critical and these should be correct in that regard.

Put in a set of Rekluse clutch plates that provide high torque capacity with the stock springs.
