Power Vision cord

So I got my Power Vision sand installed it. I plan to leave it off the bike most of the time after I play with it a bit. Wow what a difference and I only have the A/C from Fuel Moto installed.

What do you all do with the cord? It seems to me it might be the easiest to leave it on the bike run under the tank but what about the exposed end when I the PV is not hooked up? Does anybody else use it like this. Even if it was removed (because of rain) you still have the exposed end.

I ran mine up the spine under the tank.. I leave my PV on all the time since I monitor with it

I don't leave my PV on all the time but I do leave the cable connected. I ran it under the console cover and have to zip tied to the handle bar. I also have a rubber band around the connector end to keep it from flopping around when the PV isn't mounted. I'm not sure if rain would hurt it when it's not connected since it would almost have to be submerged before a connection could be across the water (if that is even possible).

I have mine routed in the wire tray under the tank and monitor with it.
