Question about bars.

I have an 09' and it's my first rubber mounted bike. When pushing the bike, i noticed the bars gave a little bit. Are they mounted with rubber as well? It feel like the slight give is coming from the bottom of the risers. Is there a rubber bushing or something down there or do i need to start looking for new risers? Thank you in advance.

yes there are rubber bushings with caps on the top and the bottom so it looks like the rubber is not there it is to suppress the vibrations
