I Installed the J&M 630W Amp and Front Speakers on 2017 SG,
Also ran the Rear Wiring, and Want to Upgrade to Lids and 6x9's...?

I want a Smooth install, AS much room in the bags as possible,
would like to Color Match, and want the Best Sound for the $ Spent...

SOO i am looking for Suggestions, and looking at the Hog Tunes Lid Kit (to Start)

YOUR Expert opinion and any other suggestions would be HIGHLY appreciated.....?

Sorry I don't have any experience with this but I'm looking at the exact same set up. Hopefully some experts chime in....question though. How are the new front speakers with amp? Much difference from stock? Does the bass sound better or does it distort? Lastly, did you have to send in your head unit to get flashed?

Not sure on the 6x9 speaker lids but there is no less then 25 places that make lids or adapters for speakers. Have 5x7 lids from Harley on mine and very happy with the sound. Once your past 50 mph you really don't get a lot out of the rear speakers. As far as flashing the head unit you go to a dealer or an audio guy who can flash it or some use line levers depending on the system. There are several threads on here about audio so if you use the search function in the upper right corner of your screen you may find what your looking for.

I'm sure someone else will chime in here but give it some time

Got 6x9 lids from hog tunes , I went with Soundzcustom , don't regret it at all at 80 mph i can hear my rear speakers got the new line of 6x9 components with neo magnet they don't take up much space & way about 3lbs each
i also have the carbon 6.5 up front with a moto 600.4 amp this baby rocks

What he said above is 100% right, Soundz customs is the way to go. I have their Level 4 system with 6x9's on the saddle bags and it's loud as hell and crisp. They even just came out with their own line of speakers that are apparently even better but are pricey. I can upload a video of my system

Just a heads up.....

Peter Jensen of SOUNDZ CUSTOMZ is soon to release a new kit..... USING YOUR FACTORY LIDS....

Sounds a little crazy... I KNOW.... you will cut into your existing lids and mount your speakers and grills! Keep a lookout for them.

I just upgraded mine and added lids. I did 6.5 focals up front J&M Rokker 630 with rear lids using the Rockford Fosgate 6x9 kit and must say I am extremely happy. The J&M setup was so easy to install all plug and play no adjusting. The whole system rocks hard I got my RF kit on ebay for $350 brand new shipped.

I bought OEM lids already painted from HD because it was the 1st year of the "Morocco Gold" and I wanted a perfect match. I would be thinking the same if mine was "Crushed Ice". I then used the J&M Rokker Extreme and all went great. Drilling the bag puckered my butt but the grommet worked great on the plug and play harness. I can't remember, but I think this was a 5x7 though not 6x9 but if sound Z is coming out with an upgrade for the factory lids, that still might be the way to go.
