Rear turn signals no longer work

Hi,

Need some advice. I just got finished installing new 12" KST Mayhem bars on my 19 SGS and all went good, installed and everything runs as it should except for the rear turn signals. They no longer operate after the swap. Fronts and hazards work no problem but no rears. Any idea on what I have missed as it is both sides? Thanks for any suggestions.

So a little more digging and have gone through the codes after install now (forgot that one) and have the below two codes.
In BCM - b2151c and b2156c (Pn 41000341E) any idea what this refers to or where I can get a code tutorial on how to decipher?

Did you check the black and white connectors on top of the battery to make certain they are plugged in?
