I just bought a 2016 Street Glide Special with only 400 miles on it. I'm wondering what is should do for service on it? The first service says 1000 miles in the manual but it's not there yet. It is however 4 years old. Any recommendations?

I would change all fluids including brake fluid. If the bike has just sat around water can accumulate in the brake fluid. Harley recommends changing brake fluid every 2 years.

Great find!!!!
The boys are right. The fluid is shot (oil, primary and tranny). Would want the brake fluid looked at. And the tires for dry rot.
Get the 1000 mile check up now.
