Removing 2014 rear shocks

Hello
I have a Legends Aero-A suspension system on the way. Just thinking about what I have to do to install it. It came to me this morning that the current shocks have that adjustment knob on driver side. Is this a problem when removing the current shocks? I haven't really taken a good look at the setup. I did the initial setup for 2 up riding but that is it. is there something special I need to do when I remove the them?

I usually keep everything I remove for some reason. If this Legends suspension don't work out I may have to put them back on........ Do you know of anything special about removing the stock shocks with that adjustment knob? Maybe I am over thinking this
