So I've heard this whole idea called project Rushmore. Can anyone explain what it is? I have a 2016 SGS...I've ordered stuff online and every now and then, when plugging in the info for my bike, the "Rushmore" option comes up....how do I know if my bike is a "Rushmore" bike? Can someone explain this craziness??? Sorry, this is my first street glide and still new to all the terminology.

Project Rushmore started in 2014 and included all touring models. So your bike is considered part of project Rushmore.

I had a similar question when I bought my bike. I thought it was only the Twin Cam 103's. But the dealership said it included the M8's too.
