Ok so I'm kicking the idea around of up grading the stock sys in my SGS and I see that adding a second set of speaker's in the saddle bag lid's seem's to be the most common way to go ! I like this look and think it would surly take my sys to the next level But here is my question how well do these rear speakers work when you are riding two up I would think they would sound great riding solo but 2 up I would think your passengers legs would somewhat cover and muffle those speakers ?
Can any of you guys with saddle bag speakers share any imput on this for me.

So my thinking now is and Im just trying to come up with a game plan before I start spending money is that I will install vented fairing lowers to the crash bar and install 6.5" speakers there instead of the saddlebag lids that will give me 4 speakers and an amp they will just all be up front facing me instead of 2 up front and 2 in the rear cost wise it should be similar when you factor in buying new saddle bag lids ect.
I just have not decided with way I want to go yet so any imput you guy's want to share would be nice Thanks

Check out my current build thread. I'm using HD lids and don't see how passenger legs will block the sound with them since the speakers are on the outside edges. I've been told that the rider only hears those speakers to around 50 mph, but passages will be fine.
