Sena 10 with Street Glide

I am sure that this has been already discussed but I cant find any threads.
My dealership told me before I bought the bike that I could use my SENA 10 to take calls and listen to music through the 6.5 system.
Well I tried every which way to get a connective and it doesn't work.
I am now in a dispute with the dealership over misinformation and selling a product that does not fulfil my expectations.
I am sure I am going to loose though!
Has anyone managed to get this combination to work??

You can use the sena 10 to take calls and listen to music through your phone. Your phone can connect to the Boom system. But, you cannot communicate on phone calls through a SENA and Boom connection- you'll be able to hear, but the other side won't be able to hear you.
If you search for conversations about bluetooth or BT, you'll probably see a lot of ticked off conversations.

True that. I have the Sena 10, and while its one of the better ones out there for communicating with my iPhone, all I see on my Boombox is "Incoming Call" or something like that. I don't use it much anymore as I don't want to talk to anyone while out riding....

OK thanks for confirming.
Does anyone know if it is possible to put the Ultra Limited console and wiring harness into the street glide radio and convert the street glide to a wired headphone setup?

Yes. It is possible. I haven't done it, but someone on here had a write up for CB install- you can apply pieces of that project as needed.

OK after trolling through the internet I thin I have a solution.
Please comment and agree or not.
I will put the console from an ultra limited and hook up the communication harness.
Even though this is not wireless it will give me communication for audio, phone and navigation.

COMMENTS???
