Should I worry?

Noticed this brown (dry) goo when I was cleaning the bike. Bikes running fine. Should I be concerned?

Possibly a rocker top leak. Clean it up a moniter it. Good luck.

Check plug torque.

No "brown goo" around spark plug base, most likely lower rocker box gasket. I had to R/R mine not too long ago, looked very similar. Look past the spark plug or thru the open space in back of cylinder w/ flash light and mirror to determine exactly where leak is coming from R/ Mike

If it's water soluble clean it and forget it. If its petroleum based clean it and monitor it.
