you know they (IL) do have a vet plate for bikes and you can also have it personalized but up to only 3 letters and or numbers.
The personalized plate doesn't cost any more then the universal vet plate for this believe it or not.
I only know because I have one, here you go if you want to look into it.

As a side note I was pulled over going...well.... much faster then I should have.
He wrote me a warning ticket after talking for a few minutes he was a vet and rides.

I like that...I have found that you do get a break most of the time with these and a police officer association donation sticker in the rear of the SUV.
