Well I had the level IV put in my SGS in Sturgis this year and did the Moto 4 as well after reading all the info on here. I dealt mainly with Sue who was very nice and helpful. I only I say that lightly only had the 2 fairing speakers put in this year and will do the lids next year all I can say is it ROCKS! How do I know this well I was sitting in traffic today listening to Motley Crue from the flash drive they gave me and I was just jammin light turned green and I went got a 1/4 mile or so and saw lights I. My rear view mirror yep a LEO so I pulled over and he asked me if I knew why he pulled me over well I played dumb and said no he then told me he was at least 15 cars behind me and that he could hear the music as if he had it on his stereo he even knew the name of the song. I told him I didn't even have it half way up he then explained with it that loud I wouldn't be able to hear an emergency vehicle approaching from behind . He admired my bike and let me go with a warning to keep it down. I knew it was loud but wow so if anyone is thinking about using Soundz I would definitely go for and spend the extra to get a great system again only 2 speakers ! Lord help me when I get 4 !!'

yep... can't beat Soundz for quality and customer service... I will be installing my 6th Level IV 4 speaker system in about month. Every time someone hears my scoot... it sells a system for Peter and Sue.... and I do the installs....friends of course.....Gotta Love it!

no... they come with each system Soundz sells.... It's pretty straight forward with detailed instructions on Pod Mods which takes the most time.

I have videos on my youtube channel to give you an idea... search YT for TGRISKO and look for POD MOD videos.... its all there on my channel. Now his new harnesses don't require you to remove the OEM harness within the pods, so don't worry about that when you watch my videos... just the mods to the pods themselves is all that is required.

The wiring is all plug and play... so that is easy, just time to run the power and ground wires down the spine under the tank.

Yes Soundz is the best out there that I have listened too for the money. And a big welcome to the fun

Do you have a link I'm not finding this harness on the site ?

It's part of the plug and play... old harness like mine required you pull the oem out of the pod and replace it with the one provided... now the new harness just plugs into the oem speaker pod harness

Sounds like the same one V-Twin audio sells. TY

Has anyone had dealer problems with warranty after installing? A local dealer will not flash the radio for me and also told me that after market audio will void the warranty. I''ve been emailing Peter and I'll make a trip next spring for an install, can't wait.

NO!!! They cannot void your warranty... they are BSing you. They just don't want to help you out and do the work... or.... they don't know how to do it properly... either way... find another dealer. Flashes take less than 5-10 minutes. As long as you can tell them EXACTLY what you want/need, and they KNOW exactly what you want and how to do it, its a piece of cake.

I run all the audio installs I do ( going on my 8th now ) to my tech at Battleborn HD ...He pulls me in... hooks me up and does the flash and Im out in 10 minutes or less...

I did the install myself and took to a dealer for the flash. The dealership didn't give me any issues at all.

What's it cost to put a levelIV in? Does Soundz ever set up an install tent for Bike week or Biketoberfest in Daytona?

Here is the link to Soundz event plans: http://soundzcustomz.com/events/

They have a pretty good set up at the events. I think Level IV run $1100 or $1200, unless you upgrade to the moto 600- I think that bumps it up $250. My pricing knowledge is over a year old- maybe a recent customer has new info.

I will tell you from personal experience that the customer service is second to none and they will help out with your issues if you have them. I lost a speaker this summer and no questioned asked sent me a new speaker with return shipping with it. This spring at Arizona bike week they were slow so they had me bring my bike in and they rewired it with the newer harness for free just to keep busy. Cost me lunch for the crew but was happy and my treat for them for looking out for me. Just saying you can't go wrong with Soundz they will take care of you.
