I had the soundz customz upgrade my whole system at the 77th rally . To say that I am less than impressed would be an understatement. The quality of work was absolutely terrible. For $1700. 00 you would think that they would have paid attention to detail. I've got a detatchable tour pack and by the time I got to Denver for the ride back home, both of my rear speaker boxes were hanging on with one bolt and the speaker grills were stripped out and falling off. It took me several hours to find a solution to getting them back on securely enough to get home. And my antenna wasn't even plugged in. I wouldn't allow that crew to touch my bike again. They took about 4 hours or more to install it and did a terrible job. The rear speaker boxes were completely stripped and I had no spare parts with me to fix it. I had to make speed clips from bottle caps just to keep the grills in place. Fortunately for me, I run a fastener business in Anaheim and will eventually get everything right with the boxes. The frustrating part is that I had pointed this out to their installer prior to picking the bike up. They pulled the knurled inserts right through the boxes leaving me with a mess to fix on the road.
