Yeah, playing around with progressivity sounds cool, but to me it has no real world application. I could see it on a track, but on state roads not so much. Overall I'm impressed with the ability of the fp3. I'm guessing sooner or later tuners will learn to dyno tune using the fp3. There's no reason not to......
I think I understand what you mean. I guess the challenge for V&H is offering a PC software platform that competes with TTS/PV, and others. The bluetooth app access is great for the personal user, but for a commercial dyno platform I'm not so sure. There's a lot of technology packed in to the fp3.....sure would be nice to see them branch out to Dyno users as well. I'm sure it's not far away. But knowing my luck, it'll be a revised unit that will have to be bought.
