Street Glide Special pairing issue

I have a 2023 Street glide special. I have paired my phone but don't have an icon to click on to choose my phone instead of radio. It shows on my bike that it's paired and my phone is listed but the music won't come through unless I delete it and re-pare it. But as soon as I turn the bike off it won't play again unless I delete it and repair it again.

I take it that your SGS is equipped with the GTS radio. While listening to the radio, highlight the top bar and press enter with the right control stick. There you should find the option of AM, FM, Bluetooth, and/or XM.

I went into that screen and there is no bluetooth option listed, even though my phone is paired and shows so on another screen.

If you have tried suggestions offered, without a solution take it to your HD dealer and have them repair/replace under warranty.
