For the cost , warranties, benefits to lower draw on charging system. Can't go wrong IMO.
Anyway hope this is able to help someone out if there on the fence about getting LED lights for your bike.

Thought I'd add some pics too. My CD LED turn signals use to make my head light look dingy yellow. Not anymore. This is the HID low beam (didn't turn on the high beam).

And it is nice how when you turn on the signal there are yellow LEDs that illuminate to set them off and bring attention to it.

I have the Truck-Lite LED 7" headlight. The Truck-Lite cost me $168.00 delivered. I have the CD Dynamic Ringz for the front turn signals. Very effective driving lights up front. The white light turns off when turn signal is activated allowing the amber light to be predominant.

I have the CD rear LED turn signal/brake lights. Also, very bright. I love them all. Great products from Custom Dynamics.

When you get a chance you should post some photos.

I just bought a used Truck-Lite LED and am considering the CD led turn signals. My question is are the Dynamic Ringz a good replacement for the Aux Lights HD equips as an option? I'm also installing the Brake Light Strobe/Flasher from Custom Dynamics. I've seen it on other bikes and with the LED's it sure makes a difference. It also works with incandescent lights.

Aviator5456- The front Dynamic Rings from Custom Dynamics are excellent combo lights that pretty closely match the color temperature of the Trucklite. After I got them I decided NOT to add the HD Aux lights, They're NOT going to replace them but they are a good, cheap added visibility lighting option.

I have the Truck-Lite LED 7" headlight.

I ordered the Truck-Lite off eBay and am awaiting it's arrival. A couple of questions for you:

1) I read some reviews where some were saying that the Truck-Lite sticks out more than the stock headlight and some were having issues with the headlight's trim ring fitting on fully. Many of them were ordering the H-D "French Trim ring" as it sticks out more to compensate for the additional length. Did you have to do this as well?

2) The stock wiring has 2 connections, 1 for the low and 1 for the high beam. With there being only 1 connector on the Truck-Lite, are you giving up the low/high beam or how does it work? I already got the H-D headlight wiring harness that will adapt from the stock H-D connector to the old style used by the Truck-Lite.

Thanks for your help,

FLHXSrider

The wiring harness back to 1 plug will give you all functions hi/lo. Not sure about the ring working I put the JW Speaker light and it was plug and play.

I purchased the Visor style trim ring for my TL7 and I have a 1/8 gap at the screw. Not sure if anyone has an idea as how to eliminate it. I have tightened it up as far as I can without stripping the screw head. Maybe an Allen cap?
