Anyone found a good quality tinted/smoked license plate cover for their ride?

I bought a blue document protector from the local office supply store and cut it to fit my license plate frame then punched out 4 holes in the corners for the plate screws to go through. Treading on thin ice with law enforcement since it may obscure the plate but so far no pull-overs.
