TTS Software Updater Error - Unable to connect to the remote server

Just installed my Fullsac system and loaded the TTS software. The first thing I am suppose to do is run the TTS Software Updater. When I "check for updates" I get an error - "Unable to connect to the remote server"

Since it is Sunday afternoon I do not have anyone to contact to get help on this one.

Anyone familiar with this error that can help?

TTS software update is working fine here.

I just tried it on different computer and getting the same result. Guess I will have to call them tomorrow. Thanks for the info Hulkss

I called TTS today and found out that the updater, on the cd shipped with the tuner, is outdated and attempts to connect to an old server that is not up and running right now. They had me to go the the web site and download the new version. It worked like a charm. Great customer service.

It's going slow, Havnt been out riding lately and winter is coming so may not get much more in this year. Too busy as well
