I have a 2015 Street Glide with a 103, Thundermaxx Tuner, Rush Header, Big Air sucker and Tab mufflers with the zombie baffles. Prior to installing the tab bam sticks, I had Rush Big Louie's on. The right pipe on the Big Louie turned Bronze where it connected to the head pipe. I recently had the bike dyno'd at the Harley Dealership after installing the Tab performance mufflers because I noticed after about 200 miles the left pipe was starting to bronze at the tip. Not the right side exhaust pipe but the left. The dealership said the Thundermaxx threw a fault code but they were able to get it tuned. I contacted Thundermaxx and they had me to do a diagnostic run thru their software and send them the results. Thundermaxx said my tuner is performing correctly and the bike is not running lean or rich that something is restricting and causing a heat build up. Have any of you experienced this or have any ideas?
