Hey everyone...I recently took my bike in for servicing and had them upgrade the radio. However, the USB I'd been using with no issues prior doesn't work at all now. All i see on my screen is "reading.... reading..." and nothing. I popped the usb in my laptop and all the songs are there, but the radio/usb plug isn't reading it. Any suggestions or anyone else have this issue? Just so happened I was packed up, on the bike for a 5 day ride and of course that's when I realized it.... Thanks for any feedback.

hdpainterchick- I'm wondering if the USB cord in the jukebox itself is disconnected at the other end? Try plugging your smartphone into it (Ignition on first) and see if you get the "charge alert and the indicator its receiving a charge. If its working, then take it back to your service dept and tell them what is happening.
I haven't done a firmware update since February because I haven't seen noticeable improvements AND I don't want my custom sound system settings changed by the updates.

Just an update. Not sure if there might be a short in it. After trying 3 different USB's full of music, it finally read it and it's working. It's hard to believe that 2 USB's don't work when they are new. I think I'll still have it checked out. Like I said, the new one I bought in the spring had worked fine until they did the software update on the radio. Thanks 
A friend of mine who works at the local HD dealership is having the same issue after installing the latest update. I started having different issues after the same update also. Ended up going back to the previous release of 1.19.0 where I didn't have issues. May try the 1.19.1 update again or just leave it alone since everything is working well again.Just an update. I had the 'reading' problem too, mine was caused by me deleting that U2 song from my iPhone that everyone has and because I had no other music it would just read. I'm sure that's not your problem but bottom line these radios suck when you use a phone.. Or at least mine has a problem almost every time I'm riding.
