Vance and Hines quiet insert

Hi. I installed a pair of twin-slash rounds last week, flashed the appropriate map via my fp3 and and very happy with the result.

As I live in a very quiet area, though, I’m thinking of getting the V&H quiet inserts to see if they retain the tone, but decrease the volume a bit.

Any experience with these? All thoughts and advice gratefully received, including what they’re like to install. Thanks.
