Vented lower fitment

Hey, new guy here, but not new to Harley's.

I've got a 2015 SGS and wanting to add vented lowers. HD site shows a different model/fitment for 14+ bikes.

Why wouldn't lowers from 2009-2013 fit my bike?

AlanD- First, welcome to SGF. I believe the older style has been discontinued but if you have a set-I'd try them paying attention to if they make contact with your crash bar when turning sharp.

Welcome to the forum, AlanD.
I just bought and mounted a cheap set of the older lower fairings, $85 off eBay & they mounted up fine. Not sure I like them enough to spend the money on matching paint yet might wait until cooler weather and see if I like them more. They look Ok in black for now

Once you decide that you don't want to spend the money on paint, and that you want to get rid of those, send me a PM. I would be interested in those black lowers!

I think I'll go for it. Worse case I can end up selling if for some reason there's a glitch...
