Wheel/Tire Question

I have a 2014 SGS. I want to get a new front wheel and tire. Was thinking about getting a 21” vs 19” I have today. Will I need to do any mods to accommodate a 21” wheel on a stock SGS? Do I need to get a special tire size if I do as well? I cannot definitively find anything on this.

I also was thinking of only getting a front wheel. Leave the rear wheel stock. Is this common? I really don’t want to spend the $’s on a wheel that is 95% covered by a saddle bag.

Lastly, who is a good site to use for wheel purchases?

I went with 21" front wheel/tire and lowered my front 1". I left the rear wheel/tire as OEM.....no issue. You don't have to lower the front like I did, I just decided and like the way it looks.

I got a deal from SportChrome.com a year or so ago.

You will need spacers to raise your fender up for clearance. Depending where you get your rim and tire the fender kit may come with it.
