So I installed the WHIM on my bike last weekend. Pretty simple. Took it to the dealer to get them to enable the wireless headset option. I should have checked before I left. Got home and the wireless setup option isn't showing on the radio. However, if I plug it into the computer like I'm going to do a firmware update it shows up. If I then click on it is says the rider / passenger headsets are disabled. It sounds to me like the dealer didn't get the setting done correctly. Does that sound right? Any other possibility that I'm not thinking of?
