So my wife and I were both off today (Monday). She comes to me after lunch and requests me to take her for a ride!!! This is a first since she has a fear of motorcycles. I took her on a half hour ride gently along the lake, she liked it. ;)

Wow! That's cool that maybe she'll get over that fear. My GF is also afraid plus doesn't necessarily have good balance, which we all know is not good one a motorcycle. Maybe one day I'll get her out without having to purchase a tri-glide.... That'd make me feel old... LOL

That is Awesome Mojo!! Glad to hear that... My wife is very....shall i saw Anxious... She is straight up the back seat driver but getting better.. I love that she shares this "Feeling" with me...

Yesterday the Ol lady comes to me and says. So we can take the bike to Milwakee for the state fair? I said that's a great idea as long as you won't complain when it starts raining. She said so we are taking the car. LOL

Mojo congratulations hope this is the first of many rides for you both

Great to hear Mojo. It's sometimes great to have the significant other out and enjoying the trips too. It makes it easier for us to add extra mods because we can convince them that they will all make her ride better. LOL

Nice, I haven't had my wife on my bike for a few years, ever since our son was born she lost the joy of riding.

Great, Hope yall only do it more. I have been riding a little for five years, and wife only rode once. She told me to go pick out a new Harley two weeks ago for my 65th and I have about 450 mile on my SGS and she has been on it about 200.

She is even looking at boots and riding gear. Planning our first overnight about 2.5 hours away.

Wallyjar, Once you get acclimated with it there are some awesome rides in our area. I'm headed to Maggie Valley next month with a friend on a 3 day "birthday ride".
