will PV-1 work on a 2014 streetglide?

Like the title says, I have a PV-1 I had for my previous ride, I need to know if it will work on a 2014 Streetglide once I get it unlocked?

Nope, don't think PV-1 works on a CAN bus bike.

Yup, the PV1 connector have 4 pins and the PV2 have 6.

Can I just buy a different cable since I need to get the unlock anyway?

Pv2 is a software rewrite you need the new unit. I'm in the same boat needing the unlock code. Kind of annoyed they did it this way. I'm thinking either put unit on eBay and vet v&h latest or go with master tune. Either way you need the v2.

I checked with Dynojet, they said all I need is the unlock code and a 6 pin cable. need to run the program to make sure all the updates are in then it should be a go
