Hey, my streetglide was in a parking lot for 2 or 3 years (was an OTR trucker). I replaced the battery and did an oil change. Bike turns over, doesn't start. I also put fuel stabilizer and a gallon of fresh fuel. Ideas?

Look over the wiring to make sure a rodent of some type hasn't had a feast with it.
Check the battery cables on both ends, battery posts and on the frame and stater solenoid, for tightness and/or corrosion. They may be good enough to crank it but not start it. Pull the fuses to test and check for corrosion on them too.

Check for spark at the plugs. Pull the plugs and do a compression test. The ACRs need to be disabled for that test.

Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you first turn it on? Do a fuel pressure test. Are the injectors working properly? You can use a noid light to see if they are getting a signal.

Check that the crank position sensor is doing its job. You can have everything above good to go, but without the sensor working properly it won't start.

I know you said you replaced the battery, it can still be a bad one. Have it charged and load tested to see if it's up to par.
