My stock '13 SG seat has been modified by Mean City. Works well for short runs of 250 miles or less. My wife and I are gonna head to KC the end of June and there's no way I'm gonna make that trip with this seat and my low back and sciatic issues. For us it's about 650 miles one way. We do plan on breaking it up into 2 days each way. That being said, I would like to find a good used Ultra seat for a fair price that will of course fit my bike. I may have to have it lowered a little for me, but that's no big deal. I just can't see laying out $500 or more for an aftermarket seat right now. I do have an extra SG stock seat, unmodified, to trade if that would work. Thanks for any help.
