Yaffe 12" monkey bar

So I've used the search bar and found different, conflicting info. 12" yaffe monkey bars, do i need wiring extensions. I understand stock cables will need to be rerouted.

There is a wiring harness you extend I think just to make it easier. Some have just stretched the stock one and got away with it. You should be able to look up some of the old threads on here for the part number. I did 16s so I had to replace or add onto everything.

I needed extensions on my 14. The stock wires ended just inside the bars iirc. Hydro lines were just long enough.

yes... you NEED wiring extensions... but thats it... no cables... just cut your zipties off the triples. I recommend 8" extensions just to give you a little more than needed and you're not fighting anything.... its not any more money for longer exentions... fyi

I just did a set of 12" Yaffe Monkey Bars for a friend of mine. He rides a '15 FLHXS. I needed the wiring harness extension. Hydraulics were no problem.
