Has anyone worked with custom engraving ltd? I've been going back and forth with them over email for over two weeks.
Once I submit payment and send them my desired design, is there a back-forth customer-artist conversation that allows for changes and edits? I'm sure there is, but I've asked this question several times and the basic reply is "pay us and we'll get started."
I've heard great reviews on their work, but I'd like some information on what happens between me sending a couple hundred bucks, and them mailing a derby cover to me.
Thanks.

I had pretty much the same experience, had some questions and I felt their communication was lacking. I get that people need to be paid for their work, no issues with that but at least answer a couple questions before I shell out hard earned money.

Mandrew: I used "Custom Engraving ltd" for custom engraving on my derby cover for my 2014 SGS. I'm a former Navy SEAL and they engraved a Trident for me. I called Stephanie at CE Ltd, she answered all my questions, and the engraving is really good. I ordered the trident from their catalog, paid for it that was it. They engraved a 2014 SGS derby cover ( they have them in stock) sent it to me a couple of weeks later complete with correct gasket! I thought their customer service was pretty good. Mike

I used etchingsbypig.com to do a derby cover for me. He hand engraved my badge with unbelievable detail. I supplied the cover and he charged me $300.00. The cost was higher than normal due to the level of detail. That was 6 years ago. He sent me a proof for approval before he started. Super guy to deal with. I would definitely deal with him again. Look up his website.
