Horn got wet, works half ass, can it be fixed, or is it shot?

Dump the water out of it and it should work fine. I have had mine fill up with water a few times.

I was able to get on the horn Saturday when this !@#$% decided to run the red light. I was in the intersection and going to make a left turn. I just got my front wheel turned back far enough to the right to save myself and got on the horn. She had her window open and looked right at me and got an earful of horn.
