I know this question has been asked a million times on here but I can’t seem to find anything regarding older model street glides. I have an 06 and I’m looking for a straight answer from someone who also has an 06 that put 12” yaffes on their bike themselves whether or not cables can just be rerouted or must be replaced and also if wire extensions are needed. I understand that on the newer bikes you can get away with rerouting and extensions but haven’t seen any information on older glides. Thanks in advance and feel free to share pics of yours.

I don’t have an 06. But at 12” yes you will need a little longer. Cables, brake line, wire extensions
I did 10” on my 08 cus I didn’t want to deal with the extra work and cost. Now I need to go 14”.
