2015 recurring Trouble codes

I recently put a set of 14" bars on my SG. When I finished the install I erased the codes set after unplugging everything.Problem is it still sets U (communication) codes,sometimes after 10 miles or as far as 50 or 60 miles.The codes are easily cleared but will come back.I'm gonna pull the outside fairing off and check all connections.My question is could these be permanently stored in the ECM ? Codes are : ECM U0001,BCM U0141,SPDO U0121,ABS U0001,RAD U0002.Doesn't seem to affect the bikes performance at all. Thanks in advance
