How do you like your suspension setup? I'm looking to install the same setup this winter.

Stance is good. Rear is great. Front takes larger bumps pretty rigid. Our roads suck in this town. But on smooth road and minor bumps it is great. Love getting more aggressive into fast turns now. I talked to Legend and they said that the ride would be the same for standard height because the lowered uses same setup except they machine the lower rod shorter by 1 inch. So the moving parts remain same.

I had a problem with install since front kit only came with one alignment cup. The HD stock alignment cups did not fit the 2016 rod without the need to tap them on with a mallet, this made me have to split the forks. So make sure you get two alignment cups from Legend sent to you so when you readjust if necessary you won't have to split the forks. Other than that they just drop in. They said they realized this and began sending out two cups.

Also had a problem with instructions. They instruction sheet that came with the product was different (preload adjustments) than the online instruction sheet. Apparently they made some changes. I must have gotten an older set.

But overall I like it.

Thanks for your reply. This will be my winter project, will also be blacking out the front end. Plus bars, speakers, triple trees, 23" wheel, fender. Almost changing everything on the front end. Trying to make up my mind on the legend front suspension or air ride in the front also.
