seriously, those look awesome. I have a Charcoal Pearl FLHXS and think these would look great on it as well. I love they way they just about disappear when they're off. The wiring bit sounds a little complicated, but seems worth the effort. Very clean and unobtrusive. I think these are so much better looking than the HD bag lights...

Yeah they blend in better and when I compared them to the HD ones they were brighter. Also the side visibility is more obvious. The wiring took me a while to make sure I was doing it right.

I got the 90 LED length for the amp'd super-z type LEDs. So it comes in at about 12.7 inches

I recently added the "8 Red Plasma's to my new M8 and they were easy to install plus it is easy to uninstall if you need to get to the Battery. Part# (MPR-BCM) It's $29.95 from CD and well worth it to me. You could use this harness for those really cool looking lights too.

Here are The chrome glow items I ordered to make it work as run turn and brake with added strobe feature on brake. This helps grab the attention of drivers behind you. The turn signals blink off and on when activated and stand out more than the stock turn signals that change from full power to half power.

CG-PT6-BCMChrome Glow H-D Power-Tap Wiring Harness 1: The power tap harness is the same as the CD one that Mojo posted above but just has longer wire leads. Includes the posi-lock connectors and no cutting of the stock wires.

6126-51Fleekz Run-Brake-Turn Module for Flexible Array Light Bars 1: The fleekz module to add run brake turn feature and also the strobe brake feature can be turned off and on

764201Water Tight Quick Disconnect Wiring Harness 2: to easily disconnect the bags before removal

This is a custom dynamics part that breaks out and separates both turn signals from the stock wires since the turn and brake signals are on the same wire on 2014 and up touring models.

Call chrome glow with any questions... they helped me out during the order to make sure I was getting the right parts and installed correctly.

These LED light rods are simply heated up a bit then shaped to conform to the surface that you're going to attach it to. Once that's complete they stiffen up when then cool down. Then simply clean the surface and apply the light arrays which already have the 3M tape attached. When off, they almost completely disappear since the tubing is smoke color with clear LEDs inside. Also, I wired them to waterproof quick detach plugs for easy bag removal. The hardest part was figuring out which wire harness that I had to order, the custom dynamics turn signal decoder and how to wire everything to the fleekz run turn brake module. The set up cost more because I didn't want to cut the OEM wire and just used wire harnesses to tap into the turn run and brake functions.

Was looking for a lighting solution that wouldn't take away from the stripped down look. Most light just look big n gaudy to me. These are a winner! Thanks for the parts list and all the detail. If you can post a video with them in action that would be great!!

Suffered a little brain fade. Noticed the parts list in the previous post just as I hit send. My bike is charcoal denim. Hoping these will blend with the matte finish. (Thanks for the jealousy comment. The '17 was over 10 years of savings in the making. )
