Cut out my baffles.

Any insight on what items are needed to do this? Just got a 2016 street glide last friday and have not gotten my new exhaust, air cleaner and tuner. But would like a cheap fix to the crap sound of the bike until i get the new parts. Thank you.

A Blue Mole (or similar) hole saw of the biggest diameter that you can fit down the pipe, an extension so that you can bore out the baffles, and a drill motor.

I was talking to a guy about doing this and he said the 16 street glided baffles were welded in 2 different spots. Towards the exhaust tip and the other end of the baffle. Does anyone have a step by step on how this would be done? Or does this guy not know what hes talking about.

I cut the baffles out with my dremel and a few cut off wheels. The sound is definitely better than stock but still needs a full exhaust.
