Fuel Pak LED modes

Hello, All.
I am trying to see if anyone may have a good map they can recommend. I just installed the Rush 4" big Louies with 2.5" baffles. The maps V&H send me (4th time now) makes the bike run like s***. Examples....Cold starts the idle fluctuates around 600 RPM's, Snapping the throttle...then engine chokes and pops.. I didn't have these issues with my 3.5" SE slip on's and they had no baffles but did have the DK customs torque inserts.

Might check to make sure auto-tune is not turned on on the fp3.

would running an AUTO TUNE help? I know when in autotune mode, the bike ran like ****, but after i did the autotune, the bike ran perfectly

This is the LED FP not the FP3. My bike is a 2006 and I believe the FP3 starts at 2007? I wish I could run this one.
