I have a 2006 Street Glide with no modifications. It has the 80ci motor and 5 speed trans. I have a2007 Night Train with the 96" motor and 6 speed trans. The Street Glide turns 3200 rpms at 80 mph. The train turns 2700 at 80. I was looking at putting a 6 speed in the Glide and was told I should bump the motor up to 95" at the same time. I talked to a dealer today and he said I could just put a smaller rear sprocket on it. I know this will change my low end take off but I don't drag race. Just want the motor to not work so hard at hiway speeds. What are ya'lls opinions on this? Thanks
