Installing Pro Beam LED blinkers. Plugged right side in works fine. Left side nothing. Like it has no power. I switched bulbs to the right side and it works, so I know it’s not the LED. I put in stock bulb and it works. Anyone have any ideas?

Are the Pro beams polarity sensitive?

Did you put the led bulb that was working in the left side? If you did I would do a diagnostic and check for any codes. It is kind of weird that the stock bulb works but led doesn’t.

On the Custom Dynamics web site I saw a video that discusses polarity issues with their LED turn signal replacements might be worth watching and might help with your situation. I am thinking that yours are like your stock bulbs in that they plug in like the 1157 turn signal bulb.

is it turning enough to make good contact with the contacts in the socket? I had a little problem with this an had to carefully use some pliers to turn it. Also the contacts are spring loaded an can move so they may not be making contact with the LEDs. You can put a pick in there an move it a little if needed.

I had a tough time with my contacts when I switched to LED. Verify that the contacts are in the correct position and the bulb is installed correctly. If you still have problems contact Custom Dynamics. I've found them to have some of the best customer service around. I had issues with a headlight and the HD garage door opener and they worked with me until it was solved.

UPDATE

It turned out to be a polarity issue (as Dutchman17 said). Looks like it was wired incorrectly from Harley. I called the Custom Dynamics and they had me cut the wires and switch them and that solved the problem.
